The New Face of Lily.B Skincare: Colbie Caillat
Lily.B Skincare is a line devoted to keeping women’s skin looking healthy and youthful. And who better to represent that image than singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat?
Colbie Caillat has been using Lily.B ever since a friend introduced her to the product line. “I’m always looking out for new beauty products and I prefer to use natural products, without chemical ingredients like parabens, mineral oil, dyes or fragrance,” she says. The musician also says that she uses the product line to prep her makeup regimen. “I always use Lily.B serum and moisturizer before putting my makeup on. It really helps my foundation go on smoothly and skin always feels soft,” she says.
The brand’s products are designed to help protect skin from aging due to factors like sun, stress and diet. We met up with Lily.B founder Liz Bishop to ask about the motivation behind the collaboration and what three things every woman should keep in mind when it comes to skincare.
Why do you feel Colbie represents the Lily.B brand?
Lily.B Skincare is all about making a busy women’s skin care regimen simpler and healthier. Natural ingredients, no added chemicals or irritating ingredients with a focus on cleansing, nourishing and protecting skin. Colbie’s natural lifestyle and busy schedule is reflective of so many women today.
How did you decide to collaborate with Colbie?
We focused in on this collaboration upon meeting Colbie for the first time! She expressed how much she liked the product line and we loved her energy, her “never give up” attitude, her commitment to a healthy lifestyle. We felt this was the basis of a fantastic partnership!
Skincare is usually a struggle for most women. What products should women never go without?
Skincare can be a challenge but it doesn’t have to be! The basics are so important: keeping your skin clean, well hydrated and always using sunscreen. Doing the basics, routinely, will go a long way towards keeping your skin healthy and fighting off the signs of aging!
